Recruiting Video

We’ve been a part of South Shore Synergy since 2013, and when the rebranding and website redesign was completed by 3thought in 2015, the next logical step was to create video to increase traffic to the website.  We were called upon to write, direct and produce the recruiting video series in 2016.

Working with members proved to be a lot of fun, but perhaps the most valuable outcome was that after completing the filming and seeing the end product, members had discovered a deeper appreciation for our professionalism and process.

While the recruiting video series continues to attract members and create bona fides for South Shore Synergy, it was also designed to highlight the groups’ core mission:  Sharing expertise, supporting goals, and fostering long-term relationships throughout the South Shore of Massachusetts.

The end products have the added benefit of feeling much like a brand video, where we let prospective members see who we are, what we do, and why they should choose to join our group.

Members value these recruiting videos highly as they continue to help to grow membership, bringing in new professionals and business owners annually.
